Ken is a Principal Agent of the TribecaGroup and he primarily focuses on real estate investments, commercial real estate and 1031 exchanges.
Ken leverages proven principles and processes that focus on creating value and building genuine relationships with clients, while providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. He leans on fully integrated technology and is committed to staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and technology to empower his clients to make well-informed decisions.
Ken served as in-house corporate/intellectual property attorney at several multinational pharmaceutical companies, has an active commercial & IP law practice, and has co-founded several startup companies. As a licensed attorney and real estate agent, Ken has transacted over $15 billion in deal flow, including merger and acquisitions that also conveyed hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial real estate. He leverages his accumulated knowledge and experiences in navigating the art of a deal.
As a connected member of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) community, Ken freely gives his time to foster local economic and social growth. He mentors in the DFW community and holds advisory board positions with several technology and culinary startup companies, as well as two 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
When not working or spending time with his children, Ken is an active musician and enjoys running the occasional marathon or half-marathon.
